Lobsters Tonic Water

Its Extra Dry & Classic profile combines moderate sweetness with a light quinine bitterness on the finish and restrained citrus notes. The current recipe contains spring water, sugar, carbon dioxide, citric acid, natural flavour and quinine flavour, with no sweeteners. It contains 6.2 g of sugars per 100 ml and is available in a 200 ml bottle.

Its relatively dry and restrained character allows it to accompany a range of gin styles without heavily masking their botanicals.
