Hysope Elderflower Tonic Water

Spring-flower aromas and the gentle character of elderflower are followed by a firm bitterness provided by natural quassia, gentian and cinchona flavours, complemented by citrus notes. It contains 7.5 g of sugars per 100 ml. Made in France, it is available in a 200 ml bottle among other formats.

Its floral yet bitter profile is particularly suited to aromatic gins and can also be paired with fruit brandies such as Cognac, Armagnac or Calvados.
