Ninkasi Tonic

Its recipe is based on quinine, which provides the characteristic tonic bitterness, and is distinguished by the addition of red pepper. Its aromatic profile combines moderate bitterness with fresh citrus notes, particularly lemon peel, and a balance between sweetness and bitterness.

Sold in a 250 ml bottle, it can be enjoyed on its own or used as a mixer, particularly with gin.
