Gin Mare

Gin Mare is a Mediterranean gin distilled on the Spanish coast, built around juniper, Arbequina olives, rosemary, thyme, basil and citrus fruits such as lemon and bitter orange. Each botanical is macerated and distilled separately in small batches before blending, allowing a precise balance between savory, herbal and citrus notes. On the nose, it opens with fresh herbs and hints of olive and pine, followed by a palate where juniper, Mediterranean herbs and citrus peels create a dry, saline and gently spicy profile. Long and elegant, Gin Mare works equally well neat, in a Gin & Tonic garnished with rosemary or basil, or in food-pairing and herb-driven cocktails.
