Terres de Mistral

Terres de Mistral is a dry gin originally developed in Provence and produced from a grape-based alcohol derived from Provençal grapes. The gin reflects a Mediterranean identity inspired by the landscapes and aromatic plants of southern France, with a recipe built around twelve botanicals.

Juniper provides the structural backbone, supported by coriander and cardamom for classic dry gin balance. Aromatic herbs typical of Provence, including thyme, rosemary, and mint, shape the herbal profile, while fennel adds a subtle aniseed nuance. Citrus expression comes from pink grapefruit peel, bringing freshness and a gentle bitterness.

Additional depth is provided by iris root, pink pepper, and grains of paradise, contributing floral, lightly spicy, and warm peppery accents. On the palate, the gin is dry and precise, opening with citrus and juniper, followed by layered herbal complexity and a clean, gently spiced finish.

Terres de Mistral is well suited to a classic Gin and Tonic with a neutral tonic and a citrus garnish, and also works effectively in dry, herb-forward cocktails that highlight its Provençal character.
