Gins to love!

Blue Ribbon Gin is a French London Dry gin produced by a small distillery and built around a botanical recipe described as 14 natural plant extracts. The spirit is distilled five times using a bain-marie method, a gentle technique that aims to preserve aromatic detail while keeping the texture notably smooth.
The aromatic profile is driven by a classic gin backbone of juniper, supported by thyme and a set of citrus peels that bring brightness and lift. Alongside these, anise and cinnamon contribute warm, sweet-spiced accents, while allspice (often referred to as Jamaican pepper) adds a peppery, clove-like dimension that reads as spice rather than heat.
On the nose, juniper leads with anise and citrus in the foreground, followed by herbal nuances. The palate stays dry and clean, with citrus and herbs shaping the mid-palate and a spiced thread running through the finish. The finish is described as long and persistent, with thyme, juniper and the allspice character remaining clearly legible.
In service, it performs well in a classic gin and tonic where a neutral tonic keeps the herbal and citrus details in focus, and it also suits stirred cocktails that emphasize a dry, botanical structure.
