Akori Cherry Blossom Gin is produced in Spain by Destilerias Campeny as part of the Akori range, a project designed to explore a softer and more aromatic interpretation of gin. While rooted in Mediterranean distilling know-how, the concept draws inspiration from Japanese flavor aesthetics, favoring delicacy, balance, and subtle aromatic expression over intensity.

A defining feature of this gin is its rice-based spirit, which replaces the more common grain or grape neutral alcohol. This choice contributes to a notably smooth and rounded profile and supports the floral elements rather than dominating them. The botanical selection remains intentionally focused, combining classic juniper with cherry blossom, ginger, and citrus peels.
