The Adamus project is rooted in the Bairrada region, an area traditionally associated with viticulture, and the use of the local Baga grape reflects a deliberate link between gin production and regional agricultural heritage.

This edition builds on the distillery’s organic approach, using a base structure centered on juniper and supported by a concise selection of botanicals. Cardamom contributes aromatic tension and gentle spice, while the inclusion of Baga grape introduces a discreet vinous character. Prince herb is referenced as a distinctive botanical element within the recipe. In some releases, elderflower is also mentioned as part of the botanical composition, contributing a light floral accent.

The aromatic profile opens with softened juniper notes influenced by contact with wood, followed by subtle fruity impressions and restrained spice.
