This artisanal gin is crafted in small batches by the London Gin Club, utilizing a cold-distillation technique with a rotary evaporation still. Its unique recipe incorporates seven carefully selected botanicals: juniper, coriander, angelica, marshmallow root, clementine peel, cardamom, and almond. This combination offers a rich and complex aromatic profile. On the nose, notes of juniper-infused double cream blend with herbaceous touches of coriander and lavender, followed by zesty aromatics. On the palate, angelica and cardamom spices open up, followed by a surge of fresh juniper and dense earthy root notes. The finish is gentle, with fresh coriander and bay leaf, giving way to almond and tangy clementine zest. ​
