The Illusionist Gin FC Bayern München Edition

The Illusionist Gin FC Bayern München Edition is a Germany-made gin released in collaboration with FC Bayern München. Produced by The Illusionist Distillery in Munich, it is bottled at 45% ABV.

A defining characteristic of this edition is its color transformation when tonic water is added: the deep, bramble-dark base turns into an FC Bayern red hue in the glass.

The aromatic profile is built around a botanical composition of 11 ingredients. Among the highlighted botanicals are juniper, blackberry, red clover, and lime, which together frame a fresh, fruit-led and herbal register.

In service, it is naturally suited to a gin and tonic to showcase the color change, and it can also be used in simple highballs or cocktails where citrus and berry-accented botanicals remain clearly perceptible.
