Gins to love!

Copperhead Black Edition is a Belgian gin that extends the original Copperhead identity with a darker, fruit-driven and aromatic dimension. The distillation is carried out in traditional copper pot stills in small volumes, maintaining precise control over botanical extraction and preserving the balance between juniper and more expressive additions such as elderberry, blackberry and black Ceylon tea rose.
On the nose, the gin opens with floral intensity supported by subtle citrus from orange peel and lifted spice from cardamom. Elderberry and blackberry introduce a soft berry profile without sweetness, while juniper remains clearly present. On the palate, the texture is rounded and aromatic, developing a sequence of berry fruit notes followed by cardamom, coriander and a refined tannic nuance brought by black tea. Angelica root maintains structure and dryness, ensuring a clear progression from fruit into botanical depth. The finish is long, soft-spiced and slightly herbal, with lingering dark berry tones and a restrained floral echo.
Copperhead Black Edition is presented as a versatile aromatic gin intended for sipping neat, in classic long drinks or in refined cocktail builds. A neutral tonic preserves clarity of fruit and tea notes, while a citrus garnish such as a thin orange peel enhances the existing botanical direction without adding sweetness. Served neat or with a minimal dilution, it reveals layers of fruit and herbal character consistent with the Copperhead distillation style.
