G'Vine Floraison

G'Vine Floraison is a distinctive French gin developed by Maison Villevert, created from a grape-based spirit rather than traditional grain alcohol. This approach draws directly from French winemaking heritage and gives the gin a naturally round and silky texture. Floraison is the flagship expression of the G'Vine range and is built around the rare vine flower, harvested by hand during its very short flowering period in early summer.

The aromatic profile is clearly floral and elegant. On the nose, delicate vine flower aromas are joined by soft citrus notes and gentle spice. The palate opens smoothly, revealing fresh floral tones, subtle lime and ginger nuances, and a light spiciness provided by cardamom and cubeb pepper. Juniper remains present but restrained, allowing the floral character to take center stage. The finish is long, clean, and lightly spiced, with lingering floral freshness.

G'Vine Floraison is designed to highlight finesse rather than intensity. It works particularly well in a classic gin and tonic with a neutral tonic and a simple citrus garnish, and also performs elegantly in cocktails where floral balance and smooth texture are essential.
