Jawbox Small Batch Gin

Jawbox Small Batch Gin is a classic London Dry Gin, crafted with a unique blend of 11 botanicals, including local Black Mountain heather. Distilled in traditional copper pot stills on a 300-acre estate near Belfast, this gin is triple-distilled to capture its full flavor potential. The production process involves steeping eight botanicals and vapor infusing the remaining three to preserve their delicate flavors. With a bold nose of juniper and coriander, the palate unfolds with citrus, pepper, and subtle root notes, finishing with lingering juniper and pine. Jawbox has received numerous awards, including a gold medal at the CLASS Magazine's Bartenders' Brand Awards and the Quality Drinks Award for Best Gin.
