Panda Gin Limited Edition 2023 is a Belgian organic gin created as the fourth release in the Colors collection. Distilled and bottled in Belgium, it is produced from organic grain alcohol and pure water sourced from the Hautes Fagnes. This edition is bottled at 45 percent alcohol by volume in 50 centilitre bottles and was released in a limited run of around 8,000 bottles.

The 2023 recipe focuses on a floral and fruity profile while remaining faithful to the lychee identity of Panda Gin. The botanical composition combines juniper berries, lychee, rose, hibiscus flower and apricot, supported by the mineral freshness of water from the Hautes Fagnes. Each botanical is selected for the way it contributes floral lift, ripe fruit or gentle structure to the final spirit.

On the nose, Panda Gin Limited Edition 2023 presents expressive aromas of lychee and apricot, quickly joined by notes of rose petals and hibiscus. Juniper brings a subtle resinous backbone that keeps the bouquet precise. The overall impression is floral and bright, with a clear link to the original Panda Gin but a stronger emphasis on flowers.

On the palate, the attack is smooth and floral, with rose and hibiscus leading, followed by a progression toward juicy lychee and apricot notes. Juniper provides structure and a light dryness that prevents the sweetness of the fruit from dominating. The texture is supple and well balanced, and the finish is clean and of medium length, marked by lingering floral tones and a discreet echo of stone fruit.

Panda Gin Limited Edition 2023 is certified organic and contains no added sugar, additives or artificial flavouring. It can be enjoyed neat at room temperature to reveal its full aromatic range, on ice, or as the base of a refined gin and tonic with a neutral premium tonic water. Garnishes such as a thin slice of apricot, a few dried hibiscus petals or a small edible rose petal pair naturally with its profile and underline its floral and fruity character in cocktails.
