Panda Gin Limited Edition 2022 is a Belgian organic gin released as a special green themed edition within the Panda range. Distilled and bottled in Belgium, it is limited to a few thousand bottles and is produced on the same organic base as the original Panda Gin. The alcohol used is organic grain spirit, combined with pure water from the Hautes Fagnes, a protected natural region in the east of Belgium.

This 2022 edition explores a greener and more herbaceous profile while remaining faithful to the lychee signature of the brand. The botanical composition brings together juniper berries, lychee, dill, mango, absinthe, bergamot and lavender, complemented by water from the Hautes Fagnes. Each botanical has been selected for the way it contributes fruit, citrus, floral or herbal notes to the final distillate.

On the nose, Panda Gin Limited Edition 2022 opens with an impression of ripe tropical fruit where lychee and mango stand out, lifted by the bright citrus character of bergamot. Behind this, dill and juniper add a fresh herbal note, while lavender introduces a delicate floral dimension. The aromatic ensemble is expressive without being heavy.

On the palate, the attack is smooth and fruity, with lychee and mango providing a rounded sweetness supported by juniper. The mid-palate becomes more complex, revealing the herbal facets of dill and the slightly bitter, aromatic character of absinthe. Bergamot brings tension and freshness, and lavender returns gently in the background. The texture is supple and balanced, and the finish is clean and moderately long, marked by a combination of citrus, herbs and discreet floral notes.

Panda Gin Limited Edition 2022 is certified organic and does not contain added sugar, additives or artificial flavouring. It can be enjoyed neat to appreciate its full aromatic profile, on ice, or in a gin and tonic prepared with a neutral premium tonic water. Garnishes based on citrus peel or fresh herbs such as dill or a small sprig of lavender harmonise naturally with its flavour profile and highlight its fruity and herbal character in cocktails.
