Panda Gin Limited Edition 2021 is a Belgian organic gin created as a special release within the Panda Organic Gin range. Distilled and bottled in Belgium, this edition is limited to 5,000 bottles and stays true to the lychee based identity of the brand while exploring a spicier and more intense aromatic profile. The gin is produced using organic grain alcohol and pure water from the Hautes Fagnes.

For this 2021 edition, the team selected a focused set of botanicals: juniper berries, lychee, tonka beans, pepper, ginger, cloves and thyme, complemented by water from the Hautes Fagnes. The original fruit forward character of Panda is preserved, but the choice of botanicals brings additional warmth, spice and depth.

On the nose, the gin opens with notes of lychee and tonka beans, supported by gentle spice and a subtle herbal background. On the palate, the first impression is rounded and fruity, quickly joined by pepper, ginger and clove that add structure and a controlled warmth. Thyme and juniper contribute a fresh, slightly resinous dimension. The texture is smooth and the finish is clean and moderately long, with lingering spicy and herbal nuances.

Panda Gin Limited Edition 2021 is certified organic and contains no added sugar, additives or artificial flavouring. It can be enjoyed neat to appreciate the full aromatic range, on ice, or in a gin and tonic prepared with a neutral premium tonic water. Garnishes such as a twist of citrus, a piece of ginger or a sprig of thyme pair naturally with its profile and allow the spicy and herbal notes to stand out in cocktails.
