The Gardener Gin

The Gardener Gin is a French London Dry Gin created through a collaboration between actor Brad Pitt, the Perrin family of winemakers and distillers, and master distiller Tom Nichol. The project draws inspiration from the landscapes and citrus gardens of the French Riviera, with a clear focus on freshness, balance and aromatic clarity.

The recipe is built around classic London Dry gin botanicals, including juniper berries, coriander, angelica root and liquorice, complemented by a pronounced citrus profile. Lemon, pink grapefruit, and a combination of sweet and bitter oranges play a central role, giving the gin its distinctive Mediterranean character. The botanical selection emphasizes natural citrus expression while maintaining a dry and structured backbone.

On the nose, The Gardener Gin opens with bright citrus aromas, led by lemon zest and grapefruit, followed by herbal and slightly earthy notes from juniper and angelica. The palate is crisp and dry, with juniper providing structure while citrus fruits bring freshness and lift. Coriander adds a subtle spiciness, and liquorice contributes gentle roundness without sweetness.
