Oski Dry Gin Description

Oski Dry Gin is an artisanal gin produced in Armenia, a region with a long-standing agricultural and distilling heritage. The gin is crafted in small batches using a neutral grain spirit, chosen for its purity and ability to clearly express botanical character. Oski draws its identity from locally foraged and regionally significant botanicals, highlighting Armenia’s diverse landscapes and endemic flora.

The botanical recipe centers on classic juniper berries and coriander seeds, supported by a distinctive selection of Armenian ingredients. Wild Armenian thyme, locally known as urts, brings an intense herbal freshness, while rose hips contribute subtle fruity acidity. Sweet apricot kernels, a product closely associated with Armenian agriculture, add a delicate nutty roundness, and Armenian mint introduces a cooling, aromatic lift.

Distillation is carried out slowly in traditional copper alembic stills, allowing for precise extraction of aromas and careful integration of flavors. On the nose, Oski Dry Gin opens with fresh herbal notes, soft citrus tones and gentle floral accents. The palate is structured and expressive, combining juniper-driven dryness with layered herbal complexity, light fruitiness and a clean, balanced texture. The finish is crisp and persistent, marked by herbs and a faint almond-like nuance.

Oski Dry Gin is well suited to classic dry gin serves, particularly a gin and tonic that highlights its herbal profile, as well as traditional cocktails where a clear, characterful gin is required. It can also be enjoyed neat to fully appreciate its regional botanical expression.
