HAVN ANR Gin

HAVN ANR Gin is part of the HAVN collection, a series of Belgian gins inspired by harbour cities and their cultural identities. The ANR edition takes its name from Antwerp and translates the city’s warm, comforting character into a flavour-driven gin built around familiar Flemish aromas.

On the nose, gentle sweetness emerges first, carried by vanilla and softened spice. Cinnamon and star anise provide warmth and depth, while juniper remains present in the background, anchoring the aromatic profile in classic gin tradition. Subtle fruity impressions from rhubarb add brightness and balance.

The palate is round and approachable. Rhubarb brings a mild tartness that contrasts with the soft sweetness of vanilla, while cinnamon and star anise deliver a warming, spicy core. Juniper supports the structure without dominating, allowing the spiced and fruity elements to take centre stage. The texture is smooth, with a lingering finish marked by gentle spice and restrained sweetness.

HAVN ANR Gin is particularly well suited to a sweeter style of gin and tonic. Served with a sweet tonic and garnished with rhubarb or raspberry and a pod of star anise, it highlights the comforting, aromatic profile inspired by Antwerp.
