HAVN MRS Gin

HAVN MRS Gin is part of the HAVN series, a Belgian gin collection inspired by iconic harbour cities and their distinctive atmospheres. The MRS edition draws its inspiration from Marseille, reflecting the warmth, herbal intensity and Mediterranean character of the southern French port.

On the nose, the gin opens with pronounced herbal aromas dominated by rosemary and thyme, evoking sun-dried hillsides and coastal scrublands. Juniper provides a clear backbone, while coriander adds freshness and aromatic balance. Subtle floral and slightly bitter nuances emerge from santolina, contributing to the gin’s unmistakably Mediterranean identity.

The palate is expressive yet balanced. Juniper leads the structure, followed by a rich herbal core where rosemary, thyme and coriander intertwine. Clove introduces a gentle, warming spice that adds depth without overpowering the profile. The texture is smooth and dry, with a persistent herbal finish marked by aromatic intensity and restrained warmth.
