HAVN CPH Gin is part of the HAVN series, a Belgian gin collection designed to translate the atmosphere of port cities into distinctive botanical profiles. The Copenhagen edition draws inspiration from Nordic landscapes and culinary traditions, focusing on maritime, herbal and smoky elements associated with the Danish capital.

On the nose, the gin presents pronounced smoky and earthy aromas, reminiscent of coastal air and winter fires. Subtle herbal freshness emerges from dill, while lime zest provides a restrained citrus lift that balances the darker aromatic components.

The palate is structured and expressive, opening with saline notes from seaweed that evoke the sea breeze of northern harbours.
