Gins to love!

Sipsmith Sloe Gin is a British sloe gin produced by Sipsmith in England and based on the distillery’s London Dry Gin. It belongs to the traditional category of sloe gins, which are fruit based gin liqueurs made by macerating sloe berries in gin with sugar.
The production follows a seasonal approach. Wild sloe berries are harvested in autumn once they have reached full ripeness, then slowly macerated in Sipsmith London Dry Gin. Sugar is added to balance the natural acidity of the fruit, and the infusion is left to rest for an extended period so that colour, flavour and texture develop naturally.
Aromatically, the gin shows ripe red fruit with clear notes of sloe, almond like stone fruit character and subtle herbal tones coming from the underlying gin. On the palate, it is rounded and smooth, combining sweet and tart fruit flavours with gentle juniper and botanical nuances in the background. The texture is soft and liqueur like, with a balanced sweetness rather than an overtly sugary profile.
The finish is persistent and fruit driven, with a light dryness and a hint of bitterness typical of sloe berries. Bottled at 29 percent alcohol by volume, Sipsmith Sloe Gin can be enjoyed neat, lightly chilled, or used in classic serves such as a Sloe Gin Fizz or paired with sparkling wine for a traditional sloe based aperitif.
