Sipsmith V.J.O.P. Gin, short for Very Junipery Over Proof, is a high strength gin created by Sipsmith in London. Bottled at 57.7% alcohol by volume, it sits in the Navy Strength category and is designed to deliver an emphatic juniper driven profile while keeping the structure of a classic dry gin.

The botanical composition follows a traditional gin framework, with juniper as the dominant element and coriander seed, angelica root and orris root providing spice, dryness and aromatic structure. Citrus peels, including Seville orange and lemon, add brightness and lift, while almond and liquorice root contribute roundness and a subtle sweetness of perception without making the gin taste sugary.
