Dada Chapel Organic Dry Gin is produced in Ghent, Belgium, by Dada Chapel Distillery, a producer focused on organic raw materials and a minimalist interpretation of gin. The distillery’s approach is rooted in purity, with an emphasis on transparency in ingredients and process, reflecting a deliberate return to the core identity of gin.

This gin is distilled exclusively from organic juniper berries and organic wheat alcohol, without the addition of other botanicals, sugars, flavorings or colorings. The recipe is intentionally restrained, highlighting juniper as the sole aromatic component and allowing the quality of the raw materials and distillation to define the character of the spirit.

On the nose, the profile is direct and expressive, marked by intense juniper aromas with subtle resinous and earthy undertones. The palate is powerful yet clean, dominated by juniper oils that deliver herbal depth and a firm, dry structure.
