The Winter Edition builds on a base of juniper and blood orange, around which a selection of warm spices such as cinnamon, cloves and additional Christmas spices create a profile clearly oriented towards the end-of-year period. The Old Tom style framework gives this gin a softer, less dry impression than a London Dry while preserving a clear gin identity.

On the nose, the gin opens with citrus notes led by blood orange, followed by distinct cinnamon and clove aromas that recall traditional winter preparations. Juniper remains present in the background, providing structure and keeping the aromatic line within the gin category.
