Tree3 London Dry Gin is a Belgian organic London Dry Gin distilled by Racine Spirit in Belgium and designed to combine heritage and modern botanical expression. Made from certified organic grain alcohol and an exclusive selection of roots and botanicals, it reflects both the local craft and a thoughtful approach to flavour.

The botanical selection is rooted in roots certified organic — liquorice, marshmallow, angelica, chicory and ginger — while a complementary array of more familiar botanicals such as cardamom, coriander, lemon verbena, orange peel and lemon peel provide freshness and aromatic lift. The distillation respects the London Dry standard: all botanicals are distilled together, with no addition of flavouring or sweetening after distillation.

On the nose, the gin presents delicate herbal and root notes, with liquorice and marshmallow offering soft sweetness, angelica and chicory delivering subtle earth and structure, complemented by an overlay of fresh citrus peel and verbena. The palate is gentle but structured: on entry citrus and verbena create a bright impression, ginger and chicory bring warmth and depth, while liquorice and marshmallow round off the texture with silky softness. The finish is dry and harmonious, long, with lingering herbal echoes and fine citrus zest returning.

Tree3 London Dry Gin is versatile — it can be enjoyed neat over ice, or in a gin & tonic with a neutral tonic water and a simple lemon twist or sprig of verbena.
