Ukiyo Japanese Yuzu Gin is crafted in Kagoshima using a shōchū base distilled from locally grown barley. The spirit is redistilled with botanicals including juniper berries, yuzu peel, bitter orange, coriander and Sakurajima komikan, a mandarin variety cultivated in volcanic soil. The profile highlights bright citrus notes balanced by herbal matcha tea and floral lavender. It has received awards such as a Gold Medal at the 2024 London Spirits Competition.
