
Gins to love!

Etsu Yuzu Gin is produced at the Akita Distillery on Honshu Island. The botanicals, including Japanese yuzu, juniper berries, licorice root, angelica root, coriander seeds and matcha tea, undergo a seven-day maceration before distillation. The resulting spirit is diluted to 43% ABV with water from the Ou Mountains. The profile shows bright citrus from yuzu with herbal and floral notes. Etsu Yuzu Gin received Gold medals at the Global Gin Masters in 2022 and 2023.
