Matsui Gin The Hakuto Premium is a Japanese craft gin distilled at the Kurayoshi Distillery in Tottori Prefecture by Matsui Shuzo. It features 13 botanicals, including Nashi pear, cherry blossom, yuzu, Gyokuro tea, sansho pepper, and orange peel. Proofed with groundwater from Mount Daisen, it offers citrus and floral aromas, followed by notes of sweet pear, spice, and herbs. Bottled at 47% ABV, it presents a balanced and complex character suitable for sipping or mixing.
