
Gins to love!

Tatsumi Gin is produced by Tatsumi Distillery in Japan. Its base combines two traditional shochu spirits: one made from sake kasu (sake lees) and one from chicory root. A single botanical—juniper berries—is used. Distillation is carried out in a wooden kabutogama still, contributing woody and earthy nuances. Bottled at 45% ABV, the profile shows woody, herbal and subtle floral notes.
