
Gins to love!

KI NO TOU is an Old Tom Gin created by The Kyoto Distillery. It is based on KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin and is sweetened with kokutou, a traditional black sugar from Okinawa. Locally sourced botanicals include yellow yuzu, shiso leaves, bamboo leaves, ginger, lemon, gyokuro green tea from Uji, and green sansho. The ingredients are distilled separately before blending. The resulting gin offers a mildly sweet profile balanced with citrus and herbal notes.
