Sen No Suzu Gin

Sen No Suzu Gin is a release from Kyoto Distillery created in collaboration with Shinanoya, a major Japanese liquor store chain. Building on the distillery’s Ki No Bi style, the recipe highlights yuzu, gyokuro tea, bamboo leaves, ginger and hinoki wood, with added coriander and angelica to emphasize citrus and herbal dimensions. The label features calligraphy by Tomoko Kawao. The result is a balanced profile with bright citrus, gentle spice, herbal depth and a subtle woody note, suitable for a clean gin and tonic or classic stirred serves.
