Wa Gin

Wa Gin is a Japanese craft gin produced by Meiri Shurui in Ibaraki Prefecture. It is distilled from a sake-based spirit that undergoes long maturation before redistillation with botanicals such as juniper berries, lemon peel, orange peel and cinnamon. Bottled at 45% ABV, it shows citrus, spice and light woody notes.
