Kozue is a Japanese craft gin produced by Nakano BC Co., Ltd. in Wakayama Prefecture. Its profile is built around koyamaki (Japanese umbrella pine) needles, combined with a classic juniper base and local citrus—Unshu mandarin and lemon peel—plus sansho (Japanese pepper) seeds. The result is a balanced spirit with bright citrus, gentle spice, herbal depth and a subtle woody character. Bottled at 47% ABV, it suits simple serves with tonic or neat over ice.
