Gin de Terroir – Chardonnay

La Conspiration – Chardonnay Terroir Gin is an organic, limited-edition gin born from the Champagne region. Created by macerating hand-selected Chardonnay grapes directly from the parcel and the press, it is slowly distilled in a 100-liter bain-marie copper still.

On the palate, it is smooth, gourmet and aromatic, displaying elegant notes of brioche and citrus that echo the character of the Chardonnay grape. Bottled at 46% ABV, it combines intensity with finesse.

With only 900 bottles produced and each one numbered by hand, this gin offers a rare tasting experience and a unique expression of Champagne’s winemaking heritage.
