Gin de Terroir – Meunier

Conspiration – Gin de Terroir Meunier is an exceptional organic gin crafted in the Champagne region. Made by macerating hand-selected Meunier grapes directly from the parcel and the press, it is slowly distilled in a 100-liter bain-marie still.

On the nose, it opens with seductive notes of apple, ripe apricot, honey, vanilla and licorice. The palate is smooth, gourmet and aromatic, faithfully expressing the roundness and character of the Meunier varietal.

Bottled at 44% ABV, it strikes a perfect balance between intensity and finesse. Limited to only 900 bottles, each individually numbered, this gin showcases both the Champagne winemaking heritage and a refined artisanal spirit.
