Gin Parcelle

Gin Parcelle is a celebration of simplicity and purity. Crafted by Archibald Distillations in their historic 1830 distillery in Chevanceaux, near Cognac, it embodies a philosophy of returning to the essentials: a French gin that is organic, sustainable, and free from anything superfluous.

Its recipe is built around just three hand-picked, certified organic botanicals from Auvergne: juniper berries, gentian root, and elderflower. Each botanical is distilled separately in a bespoke copper still before being blended with pure water. The gentian is sourced from a certified sustainable supply chain.

The commitment to sustainability runs through the entire production. Gin Parcelle uses 100% French, organic ingredients, a cork stopper, no plastic, and a bottle made from 96% recycled glass. The brand is also B-Corp certified.

On the palate, Parcelle is clean, fresh, and direct. The gentian delivers a refined bitterness, uplifted by the resinous notes of juniper and subtle floral touches of elderflower. Best enjoyed neat over ice or lengthened with a premium tonic—especially Archibald Original—to reveal its full character.
