Gin Cuvée Terre de Glace is an artisanal creation from Distillerie MD - Monceau Dombrecht, located in the Champagne-Ardenne region of France. Inspired by the stark beauty of Iceland, this gin embodies the resilience of botanicals thriving in subarctic climates and volcanic terrains. Crafted with a meticulous selection of 22 botanicals, including juniper berries, cardamom, and citrus elements like lime and bergamot, it offers a rich and profound nose. Aromas of lavender, rose, almond, and cinnamon intertwine with hints of antique wax and pine resin. On the palate, it begins with a fresh and delicate touch, evolving into herbal, peppery, and woody notes, complemented by flavors of grapefruit, licorice, eucalyptus, and a subtle clove finish. The experience culminates in a long, spicy, and mentholated finish, leaving impressions of candied lemon, thyme, rosewood, and licorice.
