This limited-edition spirit is produced through the meticulous maceration of hand-selected Pinot Noir grapes, harvested directly from the vineyard plots and press. Distilled with precision in a traditional 100-liter bain-marie still, it offers a harmonious blend of red fruit notes, fig, and a hint of nutmeg, reflecting the characteristic profile of the Pinot Noir grape. Bottled at 45% ABV, it strikes a perfect balance between strength and aromatic complexity. Each of the 900 bottles is individually numbered, underscoring its exclusivity and artisanal craftsmanship.
