Fair Gin

Fair Gin is an exceptional gin produced in Cognac, distilled from a vodka base in a traditional Stupfler still. Its juniper berries come from a nature reserve in Uzbekistan, where harvesting provides income for rural communities. The berries macerate for one week with a selection of organic and Fairtrade botanicals including cardamom, coriander, calamus root, angelica and grains of paradise sourced from a cooperative of 3 050 farmers in Kerala, India.

The result is a fresh and spicy profile. On the nose, juniper is lifted by citrus aromas. The palate is round and smooth, followed by delicate peppery notes and a warm, persistent finish. Ethical and refined, Fair Gin showcases a socially responsible production model and can be enjoyed neat or in classic cocktails.
