Panda Gin Bio

Panda Gin Bio is a Belgian organic gin crafted and bottled in Belgium. It is known as the first gin in the world to incorporate lychee as a key botanical. The distillation process is based on an organic grain spirit combined with pure water sourced from the High Fens, a protected natural region in eastern Belgium.

The botanical profile brings together juniper berries, lychee, cherry, orange peel, basil, rosemary and Chinese star anise. Each ingredient is selected for its aromatic contribution and is processed through maceration before distillation, allowing the fruit, citrus and herbal notes to develop clearly.

On the nose, the gin opens with a fresh and fruity expression where lychee and cherry stand out, supported by citrus brightness and gentle herbal nuances. The palate is smooth and rounded, showing a balance between fruity intensity, herbal freshness and a light spicy touch from the star anise. The finish is clean, moderately long and marked by a soft return of fruit and herbs.

Panda Gin Bio is certified organic and contains no added sugar, additives or artificial flavoring. It is suited to being enjoyed neat, on ice or in a refined gin and tonic.
