Pink Pepper Gin

Pink Pepper Gin is produced by Audemus Spirits in the region of Cognac, France. The distillery was founded with the aim of combining traditional methods with contemporary techniques, using small-scale production and carefully selected botanicals to highlight distinct aromatic profiles. The gin is made using a glass vacuum still, which allows precise temperature control and preserves delicate aromas that might otherwise be altered during conventional distillation.

The recipe includes pink peppercorns, juniper, cardamom, cinnamon, vanilla, honey, and tonka beans. Pink peppercorns contribute bright and spicy notes, while the juniper and cardamom bring a classic gin structure. Cinnamon adds warmth, honey provides a subtle roundness, and vanilla and tonka beans introduce soft and aromatic depth. Each batch is produced in limited quantity, and the distillery often dedicates batches to individuals who have influenced their work, reflecting a personal approach to production.

On the nose, the gin presents peppery and aromatic notes alongside gentle sweetness.
