Produced in small batches in the city of Arles, Bigourdan Dry Gin draws its character from the Mediterranean terroir. Distilled in a traditional copper pot still near the Roman arena, it combines artisan know-how with the spirit of southern France. The recipe is built around thirteen carefully selected botanicals: wild juniper berries, lemon verbena, savory, sage, green pepper, immortelle flower and Mediterranean citrus. Each ingredient is measured with precision to preserve a clean and balanced expression.
On the palate, the attack is bold and bright. Juniper leads the way, followed by fresh citrus, herbal notes and gentle spices reminiscent of the Provençal countryside. The finish is long and slightly honeyed thanks to the immortelle. Bottled at 46 percent ABV, Bigourdan Dry Gin is a modern London Dry with a clear and authentic identity that shines neat or in refined cocktails.
