Gins to love!

Audemus Fractal 2.0 Gin is produced by Audemus Spirits in the region of Cognac, France, and reflects the distillery's interest in exploring unusual aromatic pairings. The gin is built around pelargonium, also known as rose geranium, whose leaves are distilled to produce an aromatic spirit with floral and herbaceous notes. This eau de vie forms the foundation of the gin and provides its distinctive perfumed character.
Alongside the floral component, the blend incorporates cold infused coffee, which contributes gentle bitterness and roasted depth, and grape sugar, used to harmonise the flavours and provide balance to the overall profile. The production approach follows the house style of working in small batches with controlled extraction techniques, ensuring that each element maintains clarity and precision. The result is a spirit bottled at 58 percent alcohol by volume, a strength that supports the intensity of the botanicals while preserving nuance.
On the nose, Fractal 2.0 presents aromatic floral notes layered with soft roasted hints from the coffee. The palate is structured and expressive, opening with geranium tones, followed by warm spice and earthy undertones. The elevated alcohol content provides texture and lift, leading to a long finish where floral, roasted and subtly sweet impressions remain. The gin can be used in cocktails that benefit from its aromatic complexity or enjoyed in simple serves that highlight its unusual composition.
