Clover Gin is a Belgian distilled gin based on a classical botanical foundation combined with floral and fruit-forward elements. The recipe includes juniper berries, lavender and pear, composing a herbal-floral framework softened by a round fruit character.
On the nose, the gin opens with a gentle floral lavender note intertwined with soft pear aromas and a clear juniper backbone. In the mouth, lavender and pear evolve in harmony, offering a smooth texture and a subtle interplay between floral softness, fruit sweetness and evergreen botanical dryness. The finish remains dry and clean, with a faint herbal echo from lavender and a whisper of pear fruitiness lingering on the palate.
According to its presentation, Clover Gin is produced by distillation then blending with natural botanicals, without added sugar or artificial flavourings, preserving a transparent spirit character with floral-fruity complexity. C'est un gin tout en finesse. On sent bien le côté floral du trèfle et de la fleur de sureau, avec une petite touche de poire qui apporte de la douceur. C'est très frais et super délicat, parfait si tu cherches quelque chose de léger et naturel sans que ce soit trop chargé en sucre.
