Gins to love!

LièGin Rosé Ardent is a Belgian flavored gin produced in Liège as part of the LièGin range. This expression takes inspiration from the local brewing culture, notably the Blanche de Liège Rosée beer, and translates that influence into a gin through a fruit-forward and aromatic profile rooted in juniper.
The recipe combines juniper berries with raspberry, grapefruit, and pomegranate, supported by hops and gentian. Juniper provides the structural backbone expected from a gin, while the fruit components bring freshness and color rather than sweetness. Grapefruit contributes a clear citrus edge, pomegranate adds depth, and raspberry introduces a soft red-fruit character. Hops and gentian are used for bitterness and aromatic tension, creating balance across the profile.
On the nose, red fruits appear first, led by raspberry, followed by bright citrus notes from grapefruit. Juniper emerges underneath, accompanied by light herbal and floral nuances. Subtle bitter accents hint at the presence of hops and gentian.
On the palate, the gin is expressive yet controlled. Fruit notes open the tasting, quickly framed by juniper and citrus. Bitterness from hops and gentian develops through the mid-palate, preventing the profile from becoming overly round. The texture is smooth, with a moderate weight that supports dilution.
The finish is fresh and slightly bitter, with lingering citrus, red fruit, and herbal notes. LièGin Rosé Ardent is well suited to a Gin and Tonic with a neutral or lightly citrus-driven tonic, and to simple cocktails where its fruit and bitter elements can remain clearly identifiable.
