This expression is built around an unusual pairing for gin: pear and chocolate, complemented by pepper for aromatic lift. The product is presented as an organic spirit and is described as the result of a collaboration with Liège chocolatier Jean-Christophe Hubert, linking the gin to local craft heritage.

The aromatic direction differs from classic citrus-driven gins. Juniper remains the reference point for gin identity, but it is framed by richer, dessert-adjacent aromas. Pear brings a soft, ripe fruit character, while chocolate contributes a deeper cocoa tone that can read as roasted, bitter, or rounded depending on dilution and temperature. Pepper is used as a spice accent, adding a dry warmth and aromatic complexity rather than heat.

On the nose, the first impression combines ripe pear with cocoa-like notes, followed by a discreet juniper layer. Pepper appears in the background as a dry, aromatic lift.
