Le Gin de Namur

Le Gin de Namur is a distinguished Belgian gin, meticulously crafted to encapsulate the essence of the Namur region. Conceived in 2021 by three native friends, this artisanal spirit pays homage to the local flora and fruits that flourish along the Sambre and Meuse rivers. The gin's unique bouquet is derived from a harmonious blend of Mentha aquatica, coquelicot, and nettle, imparting a naturally woody and floral aroma with subtle peppery undertones. Complementing these botanicals are the sweet notes of blueberries, raspberries, and blackcurrants, sourced from the fertile Hesbaye orchards, adding layers of delicacy and refinement. Its delicate turquoise hue is a tribute to the Meuse River's serene blue shades during sunny days, while the bottle proudly features the 'Gasteropodis Namuribus'—the snail emblematic of Namur's rich heritage.
