BUSS N°509 Persian Peach Gin is created in Antwerp by Buss Spirits as part of the N°509 range dedicated to fruit-forward gin expressions supported by classic juniper structure. The peach component is integrated during production rather than introduced postdistillation, maintaining a natural expression aligned with the house approach. The botanical composition includes juniper berries, coriander, cardamom, orange, lemon, angelica, vanilla, liquorice and iris, selected to support the fruit profile rather than compete with it.
On the nose, the gin presents an immediate peach note accompanied by soft vanilla, a light floral signature from iris and discreet citrus. The palate follows with controlled sweetness associated with natural peach infusion rather than added sugar, carried by balanced acidity from lemon and orange. Coriander and cardamom provide aromatic elevation while juniper remains clearly identifiable, preserving the definition of gin within the fruit-forward style.
