Collesi Gin

Collesi Gin is a distinguished Italian spirit that embodies the rich heritage of the Marche region. The infusion of seven carefully selected botanicals—including juniper berries from the Apennine Mountains, sweet and juicy sour cherries native to Marche, wild rose, and zests of Italian lemons and oranges—creates a harmonious blend of flavors. After distillation, the gin undergoes a unique aging process, resting in barrels for approximately one year. This maturation imparts a delicate golden hue and enriches the spirit with subtle vanilla and woody notes.
